The Hojo’s in Times Square, shortly before it closed and gave way to a re-development of luxury wares. One of the few Howard Johnson’s restaurants that did not have the iconic, orange roof.

I took this on a snowy Sunday morning many years ago. The traffic was so light, I could almost stand in the middle of Broadway, unbothered.
Sometimes the truth lies in what has left, not what has been left behind.
